Lol, this was exactly how we acquired it. It was a friend's garage sale where she'd invited us to come to drink with her while people bought her shit. I'd lived with her for two months between leases and always thought it was funny so it came home with me... along with skeleton hands salad tossers and other randomness.

2 tsp. Garlic, minced 2 cups spinach, chopped 1 cup chicken stock 1 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp. Butter 2 tbsp. Flour

Fry garlic in a pan, add chicken broth and cream and bring to a boil. In a small pot, melt butter, then add flour and whisk until thick. Add flour mixture to boiling sauce and stir until desired consistency is achieved, seasoning to taste. Remove from heat and add the spinach.
