They call it “creamy Nashville sauce”, so I’m sure it’s their own recipe and they’re trying to keep it hush-hush. But it definitely has a kick to it! Twist Hot Chicken, in Phoenix if anyone wants to know!

This looks incredible. Any guesses as to what the ingredients are? Nashville hot chicken with cotija cheese, pasta is cavatappi (the best shape obviously) - what’s drizzled on top? Just hot sauce? Any guesses on the cheese sauce?

It used to be served with cheese curds, but in the last couple months they switched to cotija.
