That cheese blend sounds amazing and I'm kicking myself for never trying it. Also, sodium citrate, never heard of using that but I'm trying it next time. I assume it helps keep the sauce even and consistent? Your mac looks delicious! I thought I had a decent mac and cheese game but this is something else. Well done!

I’m Irish so Mac n cheese would be a rare accompaniment to steak here. The American influence can be seen in some steak restaurants where it’s served but it’s not traditional, and the idea of pasta as a side dish still doesn’t jive with me! But it all looks very well made and really tasty so I’m sure u impressed !!

Love the comments that can’t comprehend it even though sausage, eggs, and biscuits w white gravy can be found at just about any diner. This is just a seafood version essentially. Instead of biscuits it’s sour dough. Instead of sausage it’s lobster. Instead of white gravy it’s a lobster bisque like sauce. Not that crazy. But super tasty and filling.
