Hash browns are better than tattie scones by a mile.

Pork loin, chili/kidney beans, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, hot enchilada sauce, and a jar of pickled jalapeños. Seasoned with a packet of taco seasoning with chili powder and cumin to flavor.
Best served with shredded cheese and chili cheese fritos on top.

I loved this when I visited Scotland with my dad. And I VERY much found haggis freaking delicious! Kind of a more interesting paté.

We do exist. Though meals like this don't help.

The cheese I used was cotija, cheddar, and parmesan.

I made it up. 1) make a roux out of butter and flour. 2) add milk while stirring. Mix in whatever cheese or cheeses you have. Cut with water if it gets too thick. Dump in a can of drained green chilies, a can of drained chickpeas, and fresh cilantro. Stir. Serve.

10000% yes! It’s really not much effort hands on, but it requires a bit of time hand off if that makes any sense. Totally worth it though
