I used beef chuck. Seared it then threw it in the slow cooker. It turned out great!

I am not but I spent a few summers there traveling, living with host families, and taking language classes at uni. It's been 15 years and I still think about the breakfasts (and everything else amazing about the country) all the time.

I saw this post right after seeing one of a baby turtle wearing a raspberry on its shell, and I thought this was just a turtle with an egg on it from the thumbnail. Weird day.

I didn’t have anything else in to go with it sadly but I can imagine sausages would enhance it 1000%
