Thanks. I worked for a slow food company for a few years then branched out and did my own pop ups for a few years, making simple food, done well. This was a home made effort, though.

I don’t know if it’s the camera or what, but there was no texture of raw tuna in each bite, not that there would be anything wrong with that to me, besides it was sushi quality tuna as well.
Anyway, the flavor and satisfaction of this dish is greatly missed in the number of up votes it got.
Need to work on the plating and photography I guess.

I use Alton Browns pretzel recipe.
Recipe including the relevent Good Eats clip
Keep in mind you will need a pretty beefy stand mixer as the dough is very dense and hard.

It was late and in a nacho induced stuper but I agree I did it wrong. You are correct.

But why was "nachos" listed as an ingredient in the middle rather than just saying Nachos and then listing the ingredients? Nachos isn't part of the ingredient list!
It would be like showing a cheeseburger and listing "Patty, bun, cheese, cheeseburger, onions, tomato".

Because our r/food doesn't let me put delicious ass nachos in the title so I went ahead and listed all the ingredients for others to replicate

So...you have to give us the recipe for the pretzels. You must. I demand it! If they taste half as good as they look we're all in for big treat.

Flour, egg and bread crumbs in that order then deep fried at 350, flipping often, until they turn to about that colour.

100% Devon Ruby Red beef (chuck mince) patty, shredded iceberg lettuce, red cabbage and carrot slaw, crispy streaky bacon, pickled gherkins, chedder cheese (melted with a closh and steam on the grill), homemade burger sauce (ketchup, mustard, 1000 island mix)... in a grilled, seeded brioche bun

OMG that looks good, it's like if fast food looked like what their ads depicts. I'd eat that in a heartbeat and then die from eating it. lol

My suggestion is to try it at least once properly seared and very rare. Also, nice thick slices with 4 nicely seared sides will look a lot better arranged nicely on the pasta than your crumbly looking bits lol.
