I wouldn’t say difficult, takes a bit of time. And I know it’s not what is typical of beef Wellington it’s supposed to be done in one tenderloin, but I cut it up into two to make individual ones because I find wrapping those easier, all the same ingredients though.

No, but if you toss in taco seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, black olives, scallions, lettuce, and sour cream, then you could call it a taco inspired whatever. You don't seem very fun to be around.
