I modified the recipe a little bit. I substituted half the milk with heavy cream and skipped the nasty Velveeta cheese and put Tillamook white cheddar cheese as a substitute.

How do you make your fries? Do you deep fry them, or are those baked/air fried? I have a hard time getting my fries to the right crispiness either in the oven or an air fryer.
