That sounds delicious. What kind of beef you put in it?

No problem, if you buy Frozen Pre cooked shrimp thaw it first. (I put it in warm water for a few minutes) and then you saute it

You will need, ramen brick, beef bullion, pre-cooked tail off shrimp, left over toco seasoned ground beef, smokey chipotle seasoning, butter and olive oil. Sea weed as a garnish.
In a pan at medium high heat, saute your Chipotle seasoning, shrimp, and ground beef in about a quarter cup of water (just enough to fill the bottom of the pan) simmer until heated through, add olive oil and butter, dropping an egg into pan and cover for 3 to 5 minutes until the whites set, set aside.
Add beef bouillon to a bowl and hot water and ramen brick and let steep, when finished add your shrimp, beef, and eggs, top with sea salt seaweed and enjoy. (For boost of flavor add sweet and spicy Tabasco.)
I use better than bouillon brand bullion they should have a smoky Chipotle flavor too

Good tip. Thanks. Can I use a regular scissors or a poultry shears? Or do I need a specialized tool?

Just be mindful and delicate when you’re separating the meat from the shell and keep the scissors as close to the inner wall on the top part of the shell. You want a nice chunk of meat not a shredded up one

Wow. It looks amazing! Well done. Gives me confidence to give it a go. I think I’ll serve with steak and potatoes. And maybe asparagus

Honestly that was my first time. Tossed a couple cloves of garlic in the air fryer then put that in some melted butter on the pan with salt, black pepper and dash of chilli powder. Cut the shell down the middle, flipped the meat out. Brushed the meat with the garlic butter. Put in oven for 15 min at 375. Then brushed with butter again. Garnished with parsley

Cooking these soon. Any tips/recipes? Or will just a general Google search suit me fine?

Wanna know a crazy plating technique for this dish? Put your curry in the bowl without rice. Take a ladle and press your rice in to form a dome shape, then invert and pop it out on top of the curry. Garnish with cilantro or scallions or bean threads etc and bam: super impressive. Add $8.

I used leftover taco meat, but some steak cut into strips and sauteed with the shrimp would probably nice
