2 lbs ground beef 1 onion, chopped Carrots, grated or chopped Half head of cabbage, chopped Beef broth Crushed tomatoes//Stewed tomatoes Minced garlic Parsley Thyme Paprika Rice Salt and pepper Brown sugar

Fry up beef, garlic, and onion -- add Thyme, paprika, and Parsley to meat to cook in

Once meat and onions and stuff are cooked throw in everything but the rice, add 1tsp each of all seasonings, add 4 tbsp of brown sugar, make sure broth to tomato ratio is good, add salt and pepper to taste

Simmer 20 mins, add rice, add 1tsp of all seasonings again, simmer for another 20 mins then you're done
