It's blood sausage. I've not had legit English black pudding, but I used to live in Korea and they have blood sausage there that is super popular and I loved it.
Very meaty, iron forward, savory...it's very much its own thing. If that makes sense.

What’s it taste like? I mean i know it’s sausage but why do they call it black pudding?
