Surgical tech here, I was helping a general surgeon perform a colonoscopy. After they were asleep, we positioned the patient. When we lifted up their hospital gown, we were greeted with the following text written square in the middle of their buttcheek: “Hello, we’ve been trying to contact you regarding your vehicle’s extended warranty.”
Apparently the patient and their SO were quite entertaining to the pre op nurses also, and never let on to their prank.
Edit: don’t forget! It’s now recommended that you get your colonoscopies at age 45. It’s one of the most preventable cancers because it’s easy to detect as long as we can get that camera in your butthole!
