Because won’t don’t constantly need new CPU’s.

Unless you’re in a line of work that benefits massively from every last drop of performance you can get, then pretty much any CPU released in the past few years will get the job done.

There’s no reason to keep upgrading when the performance gain is minimal, so people are saving their money and sticking with what they’ve got, especially considering the world is currently an economic shitshow.

That’s like saying Disney would be dead if not for their massive IP + coming up with new animated princess musicals. Yeah, that’s why the company is really good at sustaining its core franchises and coming up with new mechanics every generation, because it’s profitable and no one else does it as well.

I don’t know what DF said, but by looking at the spec sheet I can tell that the GPU in the Xbox Series X is in between the 6700XT and the 6800. Maybe real world performance is in between 3060 and 3060Ti, but it’s definitely not as low as a 2070. I’ve played on similar cards to the 5700/XT and the new consoles definitely outperform them. I’d guess it varies quite a bit based on the game, but since all I have to go on is the specs I can tell you it’s in between the 6700XT and 6800.

I’ve been wanting to bring my PC gaming into the living room area so I can spend more time there. My wife does crafts in that area and we have a baby now, so if I wanted to play a game on PC, she would absolutely have no problem, but I just don’t find the idea of sitting alone like that so appealing at the moment. This could be the the thing I’ve been needing. Long way to say an answer to you question of who this markets to lol
