I'm 30+ y/o working an 80 hrs per week jobs. While I usually make it a point to dedicate some time to play lately I realize that I'm burnt out. Does anyone else feel the same? Like no matter how much time you find to play, it just doesn't feel the same.

About a year or so ago, I replayed Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2 (I think it was around the lockdown period) and it was the best experience I've had playing in recent memory. I have since tried newer games but they don't have that spark anymore. The games I play don't resonate with me. I just tried Cyberpunk earlier this week and I feel... nothing. I'm not having fun. I'm not saying I hate the game, it's just I'm slugging through it and there feels little to no point if I'm not having fun with the game.

This weekend, I'm gonna buy Dead Space remake and hope that it rekindles my young gamer's heart. Dead Space was first horror game I played all those years ago and I'm hoping this game would re-lit the spark in my heart that enjoys gaming so much.

Does anyone else feel like this?
