It's an older game, but "Manhunt", from Rockstar Games, has some satisfying violence. No animals or robots, just other humans to kill.

Searching specifically for violent games surely isn't the most healthy way to receive stress would finding a game that was engaging for her not be better whether it was violent or not

She has a lot of relaxing hobbies and games, specifically she wants an outlet for aggression and anger

From psychological perspective, this really isn’t a good idea. I recommend more relaxing games for venting stress.

If she's okay with horror games there's the dead space series, the literal gameplay loop is dismembering enemies and stomping them to get supplies

I don't remember if they were doing it before COVID maybe not as much but once COVID hit they figured out a way to have concerts and PR so it was a win-win situation for both parties involved and now it's more popular

If a game I don't like means that actual gameplay is secondary the sure I guess

It keeps the game relevant. It gets the game in the news and gets new people to try the game. It's a marketing tactic and it definitely much cheaper than a TV or internet commercial

Honestly, a fighting game would be perfect. Dragonball FighterZ would be a good one.
