I’m also really looking forward to “Taxi Life: A City Driving Simulator” on Steam. Seems like it will scratch a similar itch.

i found this in the film’s wikipedia (so it might be inaccurate), “The makers of the game eschewed the plot of the original film and chose to put the focus on elements of the first sequel, such as the druids and runestones.”
they made it somewhat their own which usually turns out for the better. i’ve never even heard of the movies in the first place but i see mostly good reviews abt it

It was a pretty good game, solid 7 for gameplay but the writing was hilarious. I believe the script was actually done by a bunch of the guys from the movies.

It’s not a bad idea. Having more focus on the inputs instead of the DVD options would have been better though. I heard that back in the day some hotels had TV/DVD/PS2’s, and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if this was their remote.

Easily the best gaming experience I had on ps2, especially for a game adaptation of a movie. The atmosphere felt like you were indeed trapped on an island in constant terror, they took some liberties but nothing that tainted the experience and the level design etc was amazing for ps2 graphics

It’s not an excuse; it’s simply a way of saying “I want the character I’m looking at for 100+ hours of the game to be something that is visually appealing to me, rather than be some sort of representation of who I am.”
I can relate to this. Grizzled war veteran with a buzz cut and huge muscles doesn’t look like me, no matter if I give it blond hair and a beard. Some of my favorite games have female protagonists (FFVI, BG&E, Metroid) so if you give me male or female Commander Shepherd, FemShep wins out.

hmm i searched it up and this seems oddly familiar, maybe i saw it in a trailer but shrugged it off. seems like a cool game to play
I found this online as well, “As of 2021, with the release of Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Ghostbusters: The Video Game is no longer part of the original movie canon.” so yeah it must’ve been ghostbusters 3 at the time
they also got a lego game i never knew about but what doesn’t lego have (it’s the reason why i didn’t want u guys to waste your time saying them)
