never a bad idea to grab an og Xbox! Shout out to the r/originalxbox sub. I sorta collect for the system. There's an active project to get Xbox games back online and I feel like bloodwake is actually one of them. I plan on eventually upgrading my hard drive and installing an HDMI mod directly to my motherboard. Future proof the og lol

then you have those games that throw fuck tons of of continuely respawning enemies at you, or alternatively 1 or two stupidly op enemies that may or may not be actually invincible and coded to always 1-tap you, as a way of saying "you arent supposed to go this way, go back"

or in other words, "beef gate" and "border patrol"

Sorry if this isn't helpful, but mad props for the Rydia costume. She remains one of my favorite FF characters to this day.

If you're looking for a good JRPG on Steam, I would highly recommend Grandia II. Good balance of challenge and fun, some voice acting, great soundtrack, and characters you can get attached to. It's from the Dreamcast era, so it's a little dated, but if you enjoyed old school JRPGs, it may be right up your alley.
