We as gamers and collectors fall for this every time. We are the idiots, and Nintendo knows it.

Every downvote is a level-headed adult saying, "what the hell did I just read?"
This isn't a Nintendo subreddit, this is a gaming subreddit, and you're throwing a tantrum. If you don't like it, don't buy it.

Both Battlefield 2042 bc my dumbass pre-ordered the most expensive edition, and Cod MW2. Unfortunately, it's an addiction I've had to push to get out of. Thankfully, I've been going a couple of weeks since uninstalling them and are just playing single-player games I enjoy.
I will stand by this statement until the day I die:
Battlepasses are a predatory plague on the videogame industry. They reel you in to mindlessly grind them so that they can ensure you're constantly playing. They're bs microtransactions, which force you to grind what you just paid for. And, they've done nothing but reduce the quality and quantity of content in games bc dumbass free road maps, which lead to a game getting like 2 new maps a year.

I would say it's more of a tribute game. OG remains in our hearts to this day.

I mean for what I played of the MP, it was extremely unbalanced at points, well most of the time actually.

They pre-ordered a console, not a game

Beyond good and evil 2.
The first is one of my favourite PS2 games, such a fun game. I have a tiny bit of hope deep down somewhere the sequel will be released….

I believe the one for the master system was around 90 bucks at Toys R Us when it was released. Part 2 was priced much better at 79.99.
