Last year I bought stocks of CD Projekt Red because I thought that they have the worst behind and now with Witcher 3 Remaster, Cyberpunk Next Gen and Expansion, they will became profitable and stocks will go up.
Yet I still losing about 40%. Which is my record. Even in these times. So I still hope that Witcher 4 or Cyberpunk 2 will make my investment worthy.

Not the same people. If anything anime brought in people who stayed away from the game up until that point because they followed the narrative that it's a shit game.

The abstracts of how matchmaking works with multiple numbers on both sides aside, the only logical whines I hear fall in two categories.
-
kbm shouldn't be included with controllers! (This from mostly in my personal observation people with kbm support for their preferred system that are pathologically attached to their controller)
-
people who can't choose to go pwn noobs every game to feel better about themselves.
As a newbie I got 2 #1 wins in Fortnite with less than 9 games, I would like to believe it had a skill based system but IDK. It's my only experience playing fps type stuff competitive, wasn't my scene so I left, and have no idea if others were using a controller as opposed to the kbm setup I had, and if there's some info anyone wants to share to mention if it was a factor or not, please do of course.
In short, I don't normally play matched systems but my observations from mostly outside the community was one of those two. I'm open to data correcting it though that busts my personal experience 🤷

Just hunt showdown, but you’re able to earn currency to activate it by playing. So i haven't given them any money that way. I don’t like battle passes in general though, but hunt is really fun.

i mean i’m not so upset that i’m losing sleep over it or anything lmao, i just think it’s very silly/stupid sometimes, especially when it causes people to miss out on games/stories they might otherwise love over preconceived notions that are just wrong, but ultimately if people want to be dumb they can be dumb

I will always claim that majority of people suffered no major and/or only minor bugs. Silent majority is a thing.

Nobody did until CDPR set themselves as a competitor to GTA. CDPR fanboys were circlejerking that Cyberpunk will put down gta and cyberpunk will be the next gta and the next best open work game ever. One of the dumbest comments I saw from a CDPR fanboy before cyberpunk 2077 release was this "R* went from cars [GTA 5] to horses [RDR 2] and CDPR went from horses[Withcher 3] to cars[Cyberpunk 2077]". I wish this guy was joking but he wasn't. He used the mode of transport and timeline in which those games take as a measurement of quality of products. CDPR fanboys were hyping this shit up like the 2nd second coming of Jesus Christ and CDPR did nothing control the hype. They also said that Cyberpunk 2077 will aim to be as polished as RDR 2.
The marketing really was bad for this game. I liked the actual game. If it wasn't for it's marketing, I think game would have been well received even if we ignore the bugs.

I wish I never bought it. Seems impressive and the novelty is strong at first but once I had it all setup with my roms and favorite PC games it got boring. That is just my personal experience and everyone is different, but I already have a nice PC and any other console.

Microsoft is a tech and software giant, Sony and Nintendo are on par with each other, yet Nintendo lags behind in every way hell even their online systems and browsing the store is slow asf

What if you're on the lower end of the skill ranking? Are you just never allowed to enjoy the game? Or are you just supposed to take satisfaction in dying whenever it is you're inevitably fed to the GM stack that's "just chilling out" with KD several orders of magnitude higher than anyone else in the lobby?

I don't know. I've always found SBMM inconsistent. Sometimes it feels like I'm with players on my level, not a bad game. Every one is fairly balanced. Most people having a good time. The games end close.
Then there are times when one team completely dominates and it feels completely unfair. Like pros vs a team of people using their tongue to play the game bad. Even when it's my team doing the dominating it doesn't feel great.
Definitely still needs tweaking.
