RE4 is available on everything and it still badly needed a remake. OoT would be a gold mine for Nintendo. First-gen Pokémon would be a big hit too. Personally, in this vein, I’d love to see a complete remake of the original Super Mario Bros.

Wise words! Why I certainly would like to still be in possession of much of the items that I've sold over the years for one reason or another, I do recognize that I really didn't need most of them, nor did I need a large collection- collecting is addicting and fun, but expensive and difficult to maintain over time, especially if you can't use most of it on a daily basis. Still, my old copy of Shantae is a rare exception to this rule that meant a great deal to me both as a game I really do like and a rare, historical timepiece that I never should have parted with.

Remake the games that have really shoddy controls or aren't available on modern consoles, maybe, but honestly I'd prefer new IP or new games within the IP.

You can play OoT right now with the 64 access on Switch.

Games where a remake actually makes sense would be say MGS1-3, where there doesnt exist a modern platform to legally play them in any respectable way.

Why would it have a parry or a dodge? It's a Far Cry game. From my memory Far Cry has never had a parry or dodge. Anything new they added felt like something that could be in future games (like weapon crafting and throwing and animal taming for instance)

It is labeled as part of the series so it can be easily argued as part of that series and as better than any one of them. You clearly didn't like it but plenty of others did. I know I have a blast every time I play it.
