They fit surprisingly well! Yes, they are kinda square, but oddly comfortable. They block a lot of noise, this was my first iem like this and it really surprised me. And they don't fall, like, ever, they fit really tightly + the cable behind the ear and that thing is not getting out. They come with 6 different types of rubber bits, so you'll probably find one that fits you. I don't know if it's uncomfortable for some people because of the weird shape, but all 3 people that I know used these had no issues, actually said they were able to use it for hours with no problem.

How do you like your TA-26? I’ve been using a Schiit Vali 2 for the last 6 years with HD-6XX’s and just got a Magni Heretic to play around with too. I’ve got a slew of tubes for my Vali including the converter to use 6SN7’s and another converter to use those Western Electric style tubes. I DO find different tubes make a difference and it’s most noticeable in soundstage and high end sparkle. I don’t bother with any expensive rare NOS purchases and just seek either reasonably priced new tubes or tested balanced triodes used tubes on eBay. Being a hybrid tube amp it only uses a small percent of the tubes function. I am however eying a TA-26 for my HD-6XX’s. Have you used both SS amps and TA-26?

It is mostly the lower end tuning that differs. Now that said I’ve never pumped up the bass on the 660S and it may sound great but I’m fine with most dynamic drivers rolling off a bit on the subbass. In a lot of ways larger amount of bass from Harman tries to make up for the lack of tactile bass that we would feel. It is more engaging.

Dang that sounds really painful. My family thought my dad had cancer but thankfully it was just an inflammation of the stomach. Your comment almost became a reality for me and I'm glad it didn't, but it must be painful to remember all the times you were ungrateful... Hope your doing better bro

Also, you don't have to apply all of them. If you like the headphone, but maybe you just wanna add a bit of low end, you can borrow only those "bands" or use them as reference points to change the sound. I've had success doing that
