Hi there,
TWS I've tested some models from some brands such as sen but I need the wide soundstage and not feel like I listen to the music under the water, you know what I mean. I'm using liberty 2 air pro from Soundcore and kinda enjoying it until I bought HD 560s. this morning going to the gym but it doesn't sound good enough for me anymore.

I use it mostly with my iPhone. I'm waiting for your suggestion.

Thank you

I see, for now I put the line at about $200USD for audio stuff. My most expensive pair of headphones are my HD 5X jubilee's and I love them. The Moondrop aria snow editions I also really enjoy but yeah you can get about 12 pairs of those for one pair of these. So yeah that was why I was so curious about that.

Or, you know, put down your headphones?

I don't see the convenience factor of having to keep my device charged and replacing it, once the battery has degraded. Very convenient for the manufacturer tho, as planned obsolescence (i.e. non replaceable batteries) keeps their business afloat.

Nope, not quite. We don't have the ability to measure the minute differences accurately enough to make the amount of extremely small changes to do that.

You also can't really fix resonance peaks with EQ, when you try it messes with something about the sound, though I'm way too sleep-deprived it remember.

Otherwise, if we had good enough measurements, we could actually do what you described with a convolution filter, assuming the headphone had low enough distortion.

For non competitive and console games its really convenient. You don't have to deal with cables just go out in the headset then come back and it auto connects.
EDIT learnt how spell.

Idk I fucking love mine. I have the GW100 and they are super (mid)bassy, almost too much. That's coming from a basshead. GR60 at low volume are nice though.

My favorite aspect is how lightweight they are. More comfy than Koss, dare I say, but I stretched my headband out so they just rest on the ears. I 3D printed replacement cups which half the weight. I throw them around, drop them on the floor, toss them at my cat when she doesn't listen, etc lol.

I see. Like I would assume that at some point you have reached a certain limit on how good audio can sound in IEMs. Of course the sound difference between a $20 set and a $100 set would be noticeable but I've always been curious if the sound difference between like an $100-200 set and a $1000 is also that noticeable.

They are not. Especially customs. There is a reason custom IEMs are not common anymore with enthusiasts. Horrible (I mean BAD) resale value, cannot share them at meets, and no significant sound upgrades, just better isolation.

I had custom 1964 Ears V6 iems and my Tin T2s blow them out of the water. I would never buy customs again.

You must use 2,4 GHz headhones or just wired, no bluetooth codec has good enough (at least for me) latency for gaming (aptxLL is pretty good, but at the cost of audio quality), and that is without using the mic. The moment you use the mic, quality drops to the ground on all codecs.
