I tried mine with CP155 spinfits and i find it opens up the upper mids and treble a bit more. Its noticeably airy now, and vocals dont sound so recessed. Short and stubby nozzles like the ones on the hola tend to be finnicky for some. Try rolling different tips and see how it goes. I already tried CP100, JVC sprial dots, TRN T tips, and CP155 sounds best to me

AKG moved production from Austria to China a while back. I believe the K702 changed both in terms of the earpads and the headband changed from having ‘bumps’ to just being a piece of leather. And the price dropped around that time, as well.

So does he, that's why he has specific bands to tweak depending on what you would like to change about the sound. That's a great starting point. 90% of people aren't going to know how to adjust EQ by ear.

Just FYI, the term "battery backup" sounds weird in English, it means you have a spare battery. The proper phrasing in English is "battery life", which means how long can you use the device until the battery runs out (and "dies", until the next charge).

I would say less detailed, more musical, they are a bit warmer maybe. At first I thought I heard the Ba timbre everyone talks about but the more I listened the more I liked them. Listening to live music it feels like you are there, they have a good soundstage. Tbh i don't get people who use premade eq profiles. The whole point of eq is to tune it to what YOU like, not what someone else likes.

There’s actually 2 sized of 3 different shapes. The yellow and light blue are stuff with narrow bore and I think they sound terrible. Orange and red go together and so does pinks and dark blue and they sound the same to be. So it’s different fits and slightly change in sounds.

I had my Sundara for 2 years without a single issue. The only reason I sold mine was because I wanted the Edition XS and knew my friend would enjoy the Sundara as much as I did. They're still going strong!

Just tested them on mono and it sounded pretty much perfect. I can’t switch the pads since I’ve noticed now that they’re actually asymmetrical and only work on the respective cups.

In stereo the left side just sounds… fuller, wider. Right sounds a little less impactful and closes in.
