Thanks for the recommendation, will probably get a smaller watch case so I don't have to shove them together lol. Wish IEM nowadays comes with bigger case like those old Noble and Empires where you can fit many in one.

How can I fix my TWS S2 Earbuds, right one doesn't work

My right S2 Earbud has randomly stopped working. The light on it is still active and it does still connect via Bluetooth but there is no sound played. The left earbud seems to work fine

I already tried turning them on/off, reconnecting them to each other etc. But nothing seems to have worked so far. User Manual also doesn't help.

Any advice would be highly appreciated

LCD-X is easily my favourite of the big four (HD800s, Clear, Arya), but only when EQ'd (Oratory1990's preset). Best value and the only one that can do serious bass and have least weaknesses left after EQ. That said I prefer HE6se V2 over them.

I wonder, who prefers such bright headphones? I once had D9200, and they were impossible to use with heavy genres - kind of hurtful!

The level of bad one would reach to ascertain my judgment from their headphone jammage' would already be so fucked up they got more to worry about than me just judging them. Theyd have to be doing some watchlist behavior's to get that attention from me sooo... yeah.

it actually cant be. unless he explicitly bumps convicted sex offenders music........... it cant be that bad.

Always wanted to try Hifiman. Never had the pleasure of listening to planar cans.

I think I'd love it, I like really fast tight bass. It need the lows but if it gets boomy or bloated it ruins the mids for me do planars seem like the next step. Goodbye money. . .

I dont know that song, I've just put it on now so I'll have a listen. . .

Usually into rock/metal as my main preference but I have learnt to love great sounding well produced music of any type since being into headphones.

I always had sony buds between about 2006 and 2019. Various models but they were the only brand I trusted util I looked a bit deeper into the hobby.

I bought a set of SR850 too. Was pleasantly surprised by them for sure. Funnily enough my wife, who isn't into audio gear at all, loves them. She prefers them over my Beyerdynamics, AKG K702 and Grado SR60! They've become her headphones for in the house so I'm pleased they're getting good use.

It's funny with dankpods. He isnt and expert but his enthusiasm just grabbed me! His taste in sound profile seems similar to mine too so I've always enjoyed seeing ehat he recommends.

Hiya, I'm looking for recommendations of (both in one) dac/amps for the akg k702s-

I live in the UK and will be buying second hand

They would need to work via an iphone lightning->usb dongle as well as my laptop

I would like it to be portable i.e u don't have to plug it into a wall and ideally not a battery either

I would like to spend no more than £100

I have heard that despite the relatively low impedance of the k702 they really require a solid dac/amp to get the full potential out of them

My research trawling through all of the similar previous threads has lead me to the likes of the audioquest dragonfly red and the fiio e10k, however I'm fairly inexperienced and not feeling confident that these are the best for my specific situation!

Thanks for any advice :^)

But I would expect the restaurant to have provided a good ambiance that I don’t need to alter and change to enjoy.

When my food is plated and brought out I expect it to be good and ready to eat. I shouldn’t need to call the waiter over and re-season the meal or get different condiments or anything like that.

And a tube amp is exactly that. The artist has created sound and ‘perfected it’ to their vision and then people distort this sound through an imperfect amplification process.

Solid state plays back that experience the artist created.

Then if I’m being really honest on the subject, a tube amp isn’t necessary at all with a good DAC with different filter options. Sharp, slow, nos etc type of playback.
