It might be that your left ear canal has a weird shape, I think that’s my problem. How I fixed it is by getting triple flange ear tips from Amazon. They are super cheap and work very well. If you use the wireless ones that go in a case this won’t work though

K7 has a lot more power and more modern/better DAC as well. You'd have enough power with the K7 for 99% of headphones you might get in the future as well, it has 10-20x the power of the E10K.

I'd pass on the E10K, if you are looking at the E10K may as well just get a dongle like the Truthear Shio which is much more compact and portable and has both a better DAC and higher power (balanced) for the HD6XX- 4V vs 2.6V.

Almost all DACs and amps in this price range are almost perfectly transparent to the source. You don't really have to worry about optimising or synergy. A K5 Pro would do the job quite well. I like the JDS Atom stuff, but it will be more expensive due to import charges.

Also, I'd go for the HD600 if given a choice. It's very similar but has a tiny bit more treble clarity.

I have the same problem. Eventually I chose tips that seal perfectly yet only sit at the entrance of the canal. Worked for me. Alternatively you can get customs, custom IEMs or just custom ear tip molds (those exist and aren't expensive).

As I understand it, the stickers is pretty much what makes the 8xx different to the 800s. So the 800s preset should be closer without the stickers.

Would be cool to actually see a measurement of them without the stickers.

Yeah, kinda. I'm not a fan of the Zen series for a few reasons, but they aren't bad. Do you know the seller?

You could get an HD650/600 for 200 euros, and I don't think the Zen stuff is worth 350 unless you really want the fixed EQ presets. If you'll be listening from a PC then you can do the same adjustments for free.
