Bought the HD 660s this year and it still got a nice hard box and two 3 meter cables

Just got one a few days ago. It's pretty decent. I'm mainly am IEM guy, but I wanted to start collecting a couple touted cans too. My brother has long had a K702 and has a Drop Panda too. I could say the 6XX is in the top 5 of the stuff I own, but it's certainly colored, forward, and has some limitations. I know the 600 is supposed to be more neutral. The 6XX is a little bassy, forward, has high level of detail but doesn't do delicacy well and is generally forward and small in sound stage because of it.

In my home office my Koss KSC75 sound almost identical to my Pioneer SP-FS52 speakers. I have corner bass traps to the ceiling in front, bass traps on the back wall, and broadband panels on the sides
Take from this what you will LOL

Fair enough. I only managed to get one because my partner wanted her desk somewhere else and it freed up space in the office.

I don’t have the space for it, honestly.

Not to enable you but you can get started for less than $200 :)
(although I would spend a bit more and get something with auto-leveling, it's a godsend)

You have to mess around with room treatment and stuff as well.
Besides being cheaper, headphones are a lot less hassle when it comes to achieving optimal sound.

Mine are either on my head or in that box for protection.

I got my 6XXs about a year ago and it came in the nice black box. They either ran out for now or switched to a cheaper box. I assume it's the latter, unfortunately.

I’m vaguely aware that those printers cost a lot and I’m not going to look into it any more than that.
I have poor impulse control.
(Just bought Meze 109 pros today on a whim)

Turn the volume down until you think it’s too quiet and let you hearing adjust. And then turn it down some more.

Just wait until you get into 3d printing lol
Some of your other hobbies will get cheaper, but those savings will go into the printer...

Movies are usually mixed with a lot of dynamic range (or in other words, low average volume). Turn it up.

Aw man, thanks for the hug, that was nice
Edit: I wouldn't say no to a nice Grand Seiko for free, but generally I don't like watches outside of a Suunto Core for hiking, and that's more like a wrist compass that tells time. So we're even

OK well I guess we're different. I have multiple pairs of that shoe and multiple pairs of Chi-fi earhugger IEMs (KZ ZEX Pro, ZSX) and in my mind they dovetail perfectly

Next came the Blessing2 Dusks, ER2XR, HD 6xx, Qudelix 5k, Meze 99 Noirs..... now jonesing for the Hifiman Edition XS...
