As a new headphone hunter, they seem like a good company (priced a bit on the higher side). I’ve heard great things about them and they look cool 😅 If I were to ever go for one, it would be the elex

Oh I have those! Let me look for foams that would work with those. The foam tips that come with those fit me well but they don’t really fit a large variety. I’d recommend a larger sized foam tip (I just need to look into the right model for the nozzle size of the t2)

Something closest to neutral or harman is usually the easiest to EQ assuming the driver is of equal quality. Even if you hate that FR target it's a great baseline to work off of.
Not sure if you mean in technical ability like mids are easier to boost than lows and highs?

There's natural wear and tear to all clothed and "leather" parts especially if you use headphones daily for years. That doesn't impair their functionality unlike collapsing headband.

Agree, the only reason I got the Chus were the spring tips, which I find too short/shallow so I've ended up never using them.
I keep the Chus in my office for work calls, they're quite handy

Haven’t heard many dynamic driver headphones in upper price ranges, but I can say that I dislike Sennheiser, while I love some Focals. Utopia only has weaknesses in rock/metal and classical music in my opinion, which I don’t listen to all that much. Stellia is a great closed option and a bit better at rock/metal, while not as good as the punchy planars. I’m not that interested in dynamic drivers overall, but Focal knows what they’re doing.

Except for the nozzle size 🙃 (but that is subjective, for me the TE Zero's nozzle size is too big)

It is pretty much every products in the world, isn't it? It's like people are entitled to their opinions or something.

Yep. They were actually the ones I wanted, initially. But after thinking a bit more about my wallet, I decided to downgrade.
So, receiving those was a really nice surprise :D

Yes I agree but the difference won't be that significant ( at least in my eyes), especially considering how zero is already a pretty much tuned excellent. On the other hand a different (better) driver with a good engineering work (including tuning) can give much noticeable boost in technical abilities. Tuning is not everything, otherwise 1k sets would make zero sense since u could basically tune a 20$ single DD iem good enough to make a 90% performance of that higher end iem.

You are kind of missing the point here, tuning and "better technicalities" is pretty much something that's directly related so these two will likely perform differently anyway.

Yeah I know but I used many headphones for years and they never looked like this. My Beyers (1990 pro) saw daily use for 2,5 years) and I sold them looking like new
