Thanks for sharing the link. Yes I did go through few forums. The problem is that I don’t get an option to choose the folder at all in the first place. Basically just nothing happens after it shows preparing for download

Are you following that link and selecting Open > files?

Yes, it doesn’t give me an option where to store it. And don’t find them in files app. But I see the photo in photos app in recent album.

Well I don’t know what to tell you. That’s Google’s app, and google directions. I guess reach out to google for support.
