Have you tried wiping off your camera

That’s usually the problem for me

yeah that was the first thing i tried, since both the front and back camera are like this i thought maybe it’s a software issue

Other people have reported issues about a lot of glare showing in the photos. Seems like a defect and this might be related. I’d take it to the Apple Store. They’ll probably replace it under warranty.
