All iPhone, irrespective of where you buy it from have FaceTime ( even UAE) FaceTime is not visible as an app or in settings for people who set the region of their device as UAE in the settings app. Change it to any other country and boom.. It appears.

I use nord as well. I don’t use it often though but when I’m traveling and in some unknown Wi-Fi or trying to get Netflix movies from another country it comes in handy

Why not just swipe down anywhere on the Home Screen? You don’t have to scroll all the way to the left first. In 16 apple even put a little search label right above the dock since many people didn’t know about swiping down.
