Thank you. What I did was shut off the iCloud for contacts and then it now says iPhone. And then below that it says all iPhone with the number of contacts. If I click on that it will then show me all of the contacts. It shows of course my name and then says my card underneath that. Perhaps that's the way it should work. There is on the top left it says lists. If I click on that it just allows you to edit or add a list. It then says lists and under that iPhone with a down arrow and beneath that is like I mentioned before all iPhone with the number of contacts with a right arrow that you then click on and you see all of the contacts.

Yeah I'm just gonna go to Apple and get it replaced. I honestly thought it was way more expensive to get apple to replace it, but on their website it estimates $80 in my country. Cost to replace a battery in a iPhone 11 at an Apple store with a genuine Apple batt was $69 .. don’t know how much you’re paying to replace with a aftermarket batt but im sure by now you would’ve paid less by just replacing with a Genuine Apple battery..
