This isn't about the law (which Apple will always be compelled to follow.) It's about their capability. Apple doesn't have some secret key. Either this tweet is terribly worded or is missing some key info.

Reply to Accidentally deleted Notes app, redownloaded and everything was gone. Synced gmail and iCloud accounts but only recovered notes all the way up to 30 days ago. All of the notes I made after those 30 days are gone, I need them back. Recommended software or techniques or anything is very helpful. by Supa_Dingus

contact Apple support, they might be able to help restore the Notes if they are synced via iCloud recently

Well Brazil and Italy have fined Apple for not including chargers (while America hasn't) so they clearly care about consumers and your theory ain't valid.

Cool to know about HK but they're the exception. Rest of the world is still paying higher prices eg Europe and in the case of Brazil, Turkey and India it can be up to double. Maybe there are valid reasons for it but from the point of the average iPhone user in these countries it has got to suck. Paying double and you don't even get new features first.

They are pretty good. Only issue is the rubber can stretch out if you have tight pockets but you could shrink it back by boiling it in a pot of water. They also are pretty bulky but that is a good sacrifice for protection imo. You can get open box ones way below msrp on eBay. Got one for my 12 mini for $18 and the only issue is the packaging was in poor condition. Case looked like it never was on a phone.

I’d say if you murder someone you deserve it (while I don’t think this is true, Apple going and unlocking an iPhone). Or either if you die, is it concerning what the **** happens after your death? And please do not start ‘bUt My PrIvAcY’. If you die you don’t need it, if you kill, you don’t deserve it

It’s because of lack of consumer protections, not any homerism. If they could shaft people in the developed world for less, they’d move there too.

Also, the US isn’t the cheapest place for Apple products (at least in the recent future, no idea post-current events) Hong Kong is.

Apple doesn’t go around arbitrarily removing a feature from random phones it doesn’t work like that. ALL OLED iPhones have the option to turn of view full HDR it’s a feature of the freakin display. If you have an LCD iPhone like the 11 or any other LCD iPhone the feature will not be present.

You're looking at your phone, right? Not my phone. Not OP's phone? Not the 100 million other user's phones? What makes you think that you are representative of all Apple users and nothing exists if you haven't personally experienced it? Do you feel this way about every issue everyone ever posts about? If it didn't affect you then it didn't really happen.
