This was my first thought reading this post as well. iOS ALWAYS defaults to Apple Music for this sort of thing. Maybe OP can try uninstalling Apple Music. It might not mean Spotify will be the new automatic music app of choice but it'll stop this issue.

File a police report. The shipper should have the original serial number, which can be remotely traced to who activated it. It's a criminal matter, not merely something to complain to a company about.

I decided by the 13 and Im very satisfied. I dont think the difference in performance between these two makes up for the difference in price

I personally wouldnt buy a mini bc the battery is already small in the base model iphones, not to mention the minis

I mean if you keep your brightness low, turn off 120hz and use it on regular 60 and forgetting about AOD I doubt it would get bad battery times

I read about Airalo sometime ago , you can just download an eSim from them.
