Currently typing this on a 7. All of a sudden im not able to load web pages- saying “a problem has repeatedly occurred.” And to say; the phones antenna actually went out but it was a recall so I shipped it off and got the antenna replaced, cleaned, and the battery replaced.

A year later and it’s acting slow as molasses. Im currently debating on upgrading to the newest IOS because I don’t want it to potentially make this phone unusable

Stopped downloading/trying apps ever since monthly plans have become a thing. I’m a casual user at best for any app. No pricing model offered is close to interesting to me. I’m sticking to my old pay-once-apps until they stop working.

Happened to me too w T-Mobile. My day 1 launch order was stolen by UPS and the UPS support team literally told me this happens constantly.

Next time I get a phone I’m sending it direct to the carrier.
