The fact apple won’t acknowledge that this is an issue let alone fix it and you blame the end user for not buying higher storage space or external storage options is just laughable

I can see worrying about this when u do intensive filming with your phone, but for me who i use a phone by taking some casual videos and photos, ive never used the cable for anything besides charging, just bought some extra i cloud storage and everything is fine for me.

U need to go to settings/privacy&security/ scroll down to analytics & improvements / analytics data, then check for the last analytics data file, open the file, then hit the share toogle up top, scroll down and u will see battery stats press then and it will show the data, if u have share analytic data turned off, turn it on then do a overnight charging session, in the morning u will see the file pop out

yeahhhhhh i’ve had this happen quite a few times on my 12 pro max, i find that screen time isn’t all that accurate all of the time, it kinda just fixed itself for me 🤷‍♂️

although i pretty much quit using it since it’s not really accurate so i don’t check on it anymore

I know this is all anecdotal but a friend told me he was able to find someone in NY to access his brother’s iPhone after his brother died. I’m looking to get my son’s iPhone unlocked. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Privacy in Setting > Location Services > Find “Siri & Dictation” > Set to “while using the app” or “always” (I recommend only while using).

I had my daughter’s iPhone 7 battery replaced and when I came back they said the front glass cracked while opening it so they put on a new one at no charge. They said it is very common when replacing batteries.

Ok. I understand. Did you happen to notice if the reflection moved in the opposite direction from the photo image as you turned the phone left and right?

Also, there appears to be “glare” around the upper part of the bright area between the curtains. That’s what made me think you had a lens cover on your case.

These phones are technical marvels for their magic, but like most things they can be imperfect and troublesome at times. Thanks for sharing this interesting photo effect with the rest of us out here. (And Happy 2023)

Yup. I went the the actual Apples Store. I don’t deal with 3rd Party shops regarding repairs etc.

Out of my 14GB of system data, this trick removed a whopping two.

Did everything correctly, cleared up about 9 gigs of data. Everything returned the second I restarted my phone, for some reason.
