The Mini was the smallest smartphone available on the market, at least to my knowledge. That was the most important criteria for me. Also, I'm locked in the ecosystem for one and a half centuries now.

ideal of sweden, marine blue for iphone 13 pro sierra blue.. with cutouts where they have to be. very important is a cutout under the display, so the swipe up action is fluid and not interrupted by a bezel. the only one i could find with this cutout. a few years ago (last on iphone 11) the apple cases also had this cutout under the display. since iphone 12 it’s gone, except for the clear case.

What should I buy: IPhone 11 64GB at €489 (normal warranty) or iPhone 12 128GB (1 year Apple, 2 additional years store warranty) at €800?
I can get an 11 from an electronics chain or a 12 from a department store. The 12 is said to have a great OLED screen -- the 11 an LCD screen, which is supposedly not as good (the 11 wasn't charged in the store so I couldn't try it). It also as 5g, and the 11 has only 4g. I prefer the feel of the 12, and it's lighter. Also 128GB memory. That having been said, it's about €300 more expensive. I prefer the 12, just from holding it, and the warranty is better (although I don't know the details of the "store warranty"), but is it worth the price difference? In a different thread I posted, people have said no. But other threads have said that between the 11 and 12, go for the 12 (although there wasn't this exact price/memory difference).

Slightly irrelevant, but stick to the 13pm. The 14 pro is extremely buggy right now and the battery life is a downgrade

Don’t know why people downvoted but yes it does currently, actually used to use Bing, which in my opinion had better results

Because it has been denoised. ProRAW is not RAW and there's still significant processing.
I've seen the same artifacts before but idk what exactly causes them.

oh man this is literally me! every single word.
I used to have the Sony Ericsson x10 , then the LG Nexus 5, Nexus 6p and Pixel 3A XL. But then I was already sick of all Pixel failures so I got the IPhone 13 pro Max. I still miss using Android but no device seems to be this good hardware wise.

You will get micro scratches, I would put a screen protector on, scratches on the screen means you see it for years to come. The body not as important

I'm planning on switching to iOS, and I'm stuck on deciding which iPhone I should get. I'm thinking about 13, 14 and 14 Pro. I've heard that the 14 Pro is pretty bugged tho. I use my current phone mostly for social media, a few random pics, ofc music and YouTube and sometimes I connect it to my car for Maps, so I guess it'd be the same with an iPhone. What really gets me is the Dynamic island and the 120Hz refresh rate of the Pro. What's your opinion? Is it really worth the price? Or I should just get the 13/14?

First photo is 48MP ProRaw; second is 12MP ProRaw
Both shot on the native camera app, nothing fancy turned on (not night mode, etc). I brought both into Lightroom (iOS), turned sharpening and noise reduction to 0, and bumped exposure +3.0 for emphasis.
Why does the 48MP photo look like it has been aggressively de-noised?
Curious if this is happening to anyone else. I downloaded a 48MP sample from one of 9to5Mac’s articles and it has the same problem, though the author doesn’t seem to have noticed.

Well I mean the article still makes sense to some degree. Most of the things now widely accepted as the norm for both OSes, like scrolling, zooming, or even the current way to get back to your homescreen with edge-to-edge screens (homebar) were invented or at least first widely implemented by Apple...

Lmao If they make that done I’ll quit as well bro I love my iPhone and my apple products because they are well made but if they start forcing using maps or their own app too much I guess It will be time to leave since in my country most apple service aren’t supported
