That is a habit we all need to practice. For me it is about other people. I am around clumsy individuals 5 days a week. It is always someone else damaging my devices.

I had iphone from the first one till the 4. Switched to Samsung S4 until the S21 Ultra. Last week I switched to the 14PM. I didn't switch because my Samsung was buggy or the battery was bad, I have had a great experience with all my samsung phones, love the customization and how easy it is to sideload apps. I made the switch because my entire family, my wifes side, my side all have iphones and the communication would be better, and the sharing of pics and videos would be better as well. Also because iOS has made some changes and finally allowed you to customize somethings, lock screen, widgets etc.

Maybe you just sleep through the alarm without waking up?
You wrote further down that when you set an alarm during daytime, it does work. It might also be that you turn off the alarm in your sleep - put the phone further away that you actually have to get out of bed.
But honestly, just get an alarm clock from the dollar store 😉

They don’t consider that a problem. To apple it’s a feature.

That narrows it down at least. I didn’t experience this in Safari so far. Do you have an external keyboard connected?

When tested now, it does indeed go off without issue. Thats always been the case though.
And this is even with a focus on (sleep and dnd both had alarm go off without issue).

Stainless steel frame and Ceramic Shield. I hate phone condoms especially since the 14 pro max is so heavy already

Nope. I have been using UAG cases on all my phones since 2014. I swear by it. I dropped all my phones so much and not once has anything broken, all thanks to the case and a screen protector. Saved me so much money in repairs.
