Hope not. Still can’t use Apple Maps as it so inferior to Google Maps. Half the time somewhere I want to find isn’t on Apple maps but hey look Google Maps exactly where it is. Last time I used Apple Maps it tried to take me across a field and a river rather than around the road!

So I also have been having this issue recently.

I do a mix of charging my phone across the room, or beside me in bed. I notice that the notification comes up, however no sound comes out. I’ve gone into settings and turned off the “adjust ringer volume with buttons” to avoid that causing the issue. The issue happens quite frequently, thankfully my husband wakes me, but at first he didn’t believe me either!

At this point I cannot troubleshoot further, as I do not have a back up, and have been putting off a full restore and set up as new anyway. Personally my next step would be a reset all settings, it’s less invasive than a full restore, but I’ve definitely seen it resolve this issue in the past.

I have the same case on it, just the camo version. The front got whitestone dome glass (I am really satisfied with that, so I always go with them even they are so expensive) and the cameras have the normal single piece stick on glass protector.

I started with a Treo 600 (not the 650 - that was too much $$) Prior to that I had a Palm IIIc and loved it, as it pretty much set me up for the modern smart phone. Had the original iPhone at launch in 2007, I was in my 30s. I learned about jailbreaking them very early on as it was OTA. Me and my brother would go to the Apple store in the Staten Island Mall and jailbreak all the phones every chance we could - so much fun, the staff hated it. I realized that that Androids did a lot more than the iPhone, I got me a Nexus and was straight Android till the 13 Pro-Max. I now use a Note 10+ and the Pro Max. At this point, I really dislike using the iPhone, just inferior to Android in so many ways, but that is coming from someone who is a tinkerer, so I may not be the demographic this forum may be searching for. I want a third party choice (like in politics).
