Xs max has telephoto lens, 14 plus doesnt

I've just jumped from 11 Pro to 14 Pro. I dont feel like the photos are worse, but I'm not seeing any marked improvement just yet.
I haven't really put it through its paces yet, mind. So there could be more to gain from it. But even RAW photos dont seem much better - i.e. I cant pull under exposure information from them like I could my DSLR (or even Sony RX).

The 11 is a great starter phone who wants a middle ground between old enough that it is cheap and new enough that it has benefits like the larger screen and larger battery.

Make sure you have turned off Live Photos (the icon is in the top right corner of the screen), because even though they can be fun sometimes, the image quality really suffers.

If you never had an iPhone I would recommend you try it. I’ve been a long time Android user and made the switch to the iPhone 11 about three years ago. I’m still using the iPhone 11 and it’s running strong. No lag, no overheating, constant security updates (recently updated to iOS 16.3) and the battery life is amazing. I would totally recommend the switch. It will be worth it.

Use sleep focus and adjust my alarm time everyday as I’m a shift worker. Have never missed an alarm.
When I wear my watch it vibrates and eventually alarm sounds on my watch.
