I have a tempered glass on the back of my iPhone and it never causes an issue with cases. Actually the glass protector is all smashed up but the phone glass is fine but I don’t bother replacing the protector because I can’t see it anyway 🤣

After owning the iPhone 14 Plus for 3 weeks and dining out the inability to take macro shots, I returned it for the 14 pro max.

If I remember correctly, I thought even my iPhone se2 had the ability to take macro shots, so why not the 14 plus? My guess is they’re artificially removing features to get you to upgrade to the pro.

My mom just finally updated to a 2022 SE last month from a 5c. She temporarily used an old 6 because our carrier took the 5c off their whitelist and it wouldn't get data/calls.

And my son has my old launch XR and uses it daily, although the digitizer is delaminating from the LCD.

Honestly there are a ton of hidden features that very few people know about. I also watch a bunch of tech vids but I don’t remember seeing that anywhere.

Another one I love is the authentication setup for saved passwords in iCloud through the settings app. I wish Apple would just make that a standalone app like google auth though.

You can pretty much just pick something on Amazon with an easy install kit to make sure it’s aligned and move on.

If she’s exceptionally accident prone, get applecare when you buy the phone.
