You don’t want to admit that you need extra steps to execute a basic function.

In android you’d simply choose the time - not scroll like an old ring telephone. A message pops up with the amount sleep hours you’ll get. You can control the alarm volume from anywhere. You can choose any ringtone you’d like, a downloaded ringtone or from YouTube or Spotify.

Many of those problems will be gone in a few software updates.. still not even in the slightest a reason to opt for last years model if you don’t already have it.

11 pro has telephoto. 12 has magsafe (which I like, I really prefer wireless charging), ceramic shield, 5g..but apparently bad battery life? Newer chip too.

Be careful of phishing messages from the thief that they may send you, if they message you "your iphone has been found, see live location" that is a phishing attempt from the thief to take your phone off activation lock.

Uuuuh I know I had some trouble with it first but I decided to stick with it and just adjusted the brightness whenever it wasn’t as I preferred and a few days/weeks later it was pretty much tuned. Haven’t had to touch it much since.

Yes. The 14PM was underwhelming at launch and disappointing in reliability. Moreover the camera performance is compromised by overly aggressive processing.

I don't like that I can't set the alarm for anything but 5 minute increments. Like what if I want to get up at 5:59 am instead of 5:55 or 6? And I missed on Android if I got up early I could just pull down the notification bar and turn the alarm off for the day.

I turn off all of the keyboard settings. If you can spell and have good grammar knowledge, you don't need the keyboard settings turned on.

So when does it auto adjust it then? I’ve had this phone for almost three years, it has yet to auto adjust without me going into settings and toggling auto brightness

Apple nerfs the programs is my belief. I've still got my Pixel and those Google apps are NOTHING like the ones on Apple platforms.

Mine came out of the box ios 16.2 why not 16.0 which is the original version Is it because different batches the manufacturer in the assembly line update the Iphone to the latest

Agree. They should use live activites to show the remaining time and offer and option to skip the alarm if you’re already awake.

Did your Iphone came out of the box with ios 16.2 or 16.1

The soft case from red bubble is great. I have used their soft case for nearly two years now and the material has not loosened/worn out compared to other soft plastic cases. The design/color has only worn out on the edges, the feel of it almost still feels like the first time you’ve put the case on the phone and really the durability is the best I’ve experienced ever since owning my first iPhone 3GS. Yep no issues, even 16.2 was mostly stable for me.

Phone should probably alert you if you’ve been without coverage for X amount of time to do that to save battery.
