Mine brings up a gmail address I haven’t used in years and isn’t on my contacts or in my Mail app. No idea how to get rid. But more annoyingly if I’m signing up for something after half a second it pops up the button to create a hidden iCloud address, so the gmail one always pops to the right and I always tap on that option then have to cancel. No idea how to disable that.

Apple service centre can fix this right??

From a comment, the loop disease begins :( to continue using your phone for calls, you may have to resort to Bluetooth headphones if you want to utilise a mic. You can try to use lightning headphones but there is a chance that audio will continue to play out of your phone (depending on the stage of your loop disease).

in the same vein, it’s such a hassle to take a picture with flash as opposed to night mode.

In your opinion, is this a better lens switching than the previous IOS?

On the pros2 the case is smart by itself and it actually works good. On pro 1 the airpods are pinging at approximately 1 minute intervals. If you press directions wait about a minute your device will connect even if they are closed in the case, then you can play sound without a problem. Same thing is for ap3, but not sure for first or second gen.
