Had a similar thing happen to my 13 PM about a year ago.

It’s gonna require a new “back” they said, my phone ended up with a new serial number and everything. And I had to reactivate eSim and set it up as a new phone.

I’d definitely do a backup before you go.

I've seen maybe two or three other cases on here too and all of which was not their fault.

I think it's just something that happens and you just happen to be the unlucky one that it happened to.

Warranty should 100% cover that, even just standard warranty.

I bought a MagSafe battery pack and realized I could use it instead of my wireless charger plus it charges my AirPods. So I take one device which acts like three, extra battery for phone, phone wireless charger, AirPods wireless charger.

Battery health is just random in my opinion. I’ve had my 13 pro since July and I charge it every night and I still have 100% battery capacity

I know, just wanted to say vanish to make it sound more interesting. The odd part is I know I haven’t dropped it at all recently and I noticed it this morning. I know it wasn’t there yesterday too. Even an Apple Technician I messaged through Apple Support earlier was surprised.

Yeah, I like to keep the No charger in my truck and keep the Yes charger in my backpack. Very convenient.

Not at all. A couple times per year I get enough lint in the port to make my connection a little wonky. I just gently clean it out with a toothpick and it’s good as new.
