Install the Health app. If you ever uninstalled it then it will not let you go into that section. After going through that section just uninstall the Health app again.

I'd rather have the customization options then only have the old clock, even though the new lock screen clock took some getting used to. The only thing I miss is having true light/dark mode wallpapers that would change automatically without having to use shortcuts.

Got the iPhone 14 (non pro) a few days ago. First iPhone. Battery is insane. Camera kills my old phones. The apps customization I agree it’s not nearly as good as android but I also don’t really need to customize anything.
