Within months of moving to Jersey City I realized you have to do so something super illegal to get pulled over. This is far from that line.

Ironically I've saw someone get pulled over for running a stop sign after watching JCPD not pull over people for anything for over two years

Once in a while they post up at the school there to wait for someone to blow the sign. I’ve seen both JCPD and HudCo Sherriff doing it.
