Do they have an estimated opening date? Usually in JC add 13 months to that for the real date; I've heard some business owners blame the slow, understaffed, and sometimes dodgey inspectors for a reason why new JC businesses often blow by projected opening dates

I've already written it off as "never opening, doesn't matter anymore".

I might be pleasantly surprised, but I won't be disappointed. They probably can't find staff because they want to pay $1.74/hr

Pretty insane considering tips there are pretty small since the restaurant is almost entirely automated.
