It is noodle season! Does anyone have any recommendations where to get fresh egg noodle? Or, whats your favorite frozen egg noodle brand? I tried couple frozen egg noodle brands from 99 Ranch Market, but they are okay/not the best. TY!Especiallymoist t1_j03c7ba wrote
I’d recommend Asian Food Market for fresh egg noodles. Especially for this dish. Try Twin Marquis brand (red and green label). I’ve always had bad luck with 99 Ranch noodles, they always improperly store them.
