There's a big one in Tribeca, a couple of blocks or so from WTC. There's a littler one in Weehawken, across the street from the Lincoln Harbor Light Rail station. That's the situation with Whole Foods in Jersey City. Last I heard, Plan A to convert the garage turned out to be completely inadequate, so they're onto Plan B. I think that's why it looks like an indoor build site right now.

A new tunnel and Hoboken alignment would cost magnitudes more. I don’t it’s feasible.

I think that’s not possible for safety reasons, tunnel is very narrow and the track is very winding.

I don't know if it still exists, but I think Henderson Lumber used to sell custom/oversized doors. They might have been special order. Sorry. It was a long time ago.

Not downtown, but Pepolino in the city has the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. They sell cakes to go if you call ahead. Right now I’m a sucker for Cangiano’s in Hamilton Park’s Oreo cheesecake. They also have regular and other flavors that are awesome.
