Kind of related you said you were from Philly. I love watching this show…crazy stuff. I feel
for the people trying (multiple times) to get their cars out of the car pound.
PARKING WARS
About the Show
Viewers get behind-the-scenes on-the-street perspective, as employees of Philadelphia Parking Authority go on their daily rounds, frequently dealing with irate locals as the workers issue citations, boot vehicles and tow cars. The series also follows the ticket-writers and booters of Detroit’s Municipal Parking Department.

this is insane, what a boost! Your apartment situation sounds perfect too, pretty much exactly what I'm looking for.

$85.50 and 1 penny!

The only traffic laws that are enforced in JC are parking tickets, but the no parking hours end the moment the little meter maid vehicle has driven by.
Most of the NJCU area is zoned parking, but the rest of Greenville is a parking free-for-all.

You used "your" instead of "you're".
Not a good look to accuse people of being dumb while making basic grammar errors.

I would use kuken brothers for the doors.
I can refer a contractor who has done doors for me before if you still need it.

Its 125-160 a month depending on if you want to pay all upfront or get a month to month contract. Not sure why people don’t just google this lol

Jersey City has alternate side parking for street cleaning. Right now it’s suspended until Jan 2nd. But otherwise you would get a ticket for being in those spots during the time listed on the signs. You also must get a parking permit. No way around that, but the office is closed until Jan 2nd as well so plan accordingly. Tickets are $50.

Sorry English isn’t my first language. Are you truly not able to piece together the meaning with context clues? It seems pretty obvious to me

LOL, you have better friends. Actually you're right. It was a much bigger thing when I lived in Secaucus. I do get friends out this way from time to time.

My friends come. My place is way bigger than there’s so we tend to have all the get togethers at mine. I think JC/Hoboken by the path is not the same as jersey suburbs. I don’t go to the jersey suburbs.

OP wants to make their money back, probably relying on the chance someone wanting to test the gym for a couple of months shows up.

No your just dumb, she definitely hit him. It might’ve been his fault but to say she didn’t hit him is a blatant lie

According to sunk cost fallacy I'd personally take the $80-86 offers. But it will be interesting to see how the economics here plays out.

She hit him, regardless of fault (which was mostly his). But I specifically included the word "after" (the collision) because the important thing is that she fled. Honestly I can't wait to hear her explanation in court -- God knows she's had much longer than the average felony suspect to think one up.

I live in JC now I would stay in Brooklyn if I were you You will not have the same convenience as Brooklyn Also the PATH frequently shuts down or has massive delays which means you will not be getting back JC is much more of a big suburb

Actual food trucks (think gyros) have actually always been really cheap and are known as such. It’s the new generation of restaurateur wannabes at street fairs or smorgasburg that likes to charge high prices, and the portions are often really small.
