There’s a place on center ave that we went to, it’s 5 bucks a day. You would have to ask about overnight.

Maggie’s espresso is good, lots of yummy take away options - not sure if that’s down town enough though

On top of what others have suggested, Marty's on Central ave makes the best impossible burger I've ever had. Plenty of places have vegetarian friendly options. For Chinese food, King Sczechuan in the Heights and Precious in Hoboken have great vegetarian options. Satay in Hoboken (Malaysian food) will make any dish vegetarian style. For Indian food, there are plenty of great options but we like Rasoi the most. If you like Italian/American sandwiches and pizza, Tony Baloney's has many veggie/vegan options too. Also, there is a Mamoun's in Hoboken and it delivers to the heights.

The city is on the hook for whatever costs it incurs.
You know that won’t end well. That’s basically a blank check.
But remember the rules: gotta act surprised.

if you're willing to look away from downtown, more near the hackensack waterfront area (western jersey city) there are a few luxury buildings with many amenities that fit your price point. they're farther from downtown but easily traveled to via the light rail train system.

Thanks for your comment. You can suggest me non-luxury buildings which have a good reputation.

If you can find something in Newport, I'd recommend it. It's like a whole city in itself. The HOA fees are typically lower by ~200 compared to exchange place.

You can get 1 bedroom in those neighborhoods for that price but they won’t be in an amenity building nor will it have views

That's bizarre, it's not that complicated! Thermostat closes a 24v switch and the relay in the boiler turns the pump on, opens and it goes off. If it's not the thermostat its the relay.

Hard to find a more objective source than allegations in a plaintiff's complaint, especially those particular allegations that make conclusory characterizations about an e-mail that does not, on its face, prove what the plaintiff is claiming.

I think he meant Newark Penn, not Newark Airport. That plan is still in the works, though I don’t think it makes a lot of sense to expand the PATH to the Newark Air Train. If you’re going to go through all the trouble, extend the PATH all the way to the airport itself. Don’t half ass two things, whole ass one thing.

Nice! That’s my one big regret when I did my reno. I should have paid up for floor heating but my plumber asked for too much. Neighbor across the street has it on garden level on poured concrete and he can hit 80 even in February.

Tell me more why we need a world class French managed brand name museum? Couldn’t possibly be the graft possibilities

The thermostat was replaced twice but the issue initially was the pump was circulating the hot water to the radiators without ever shutting off? Honestly it’s been a mess.

For your budget and a skyline view, you should look into Journal Square. There are tons of new luxury buildings going up within <10 minute walks to the PATH train. I'm paying $2350 for a 1BR in a new building 3 blocks from the PATH with a full skyline view from all windows in my apartment. Your budget is more than fine, but not so much for the neighborhoods you're currently looking in. Good luck!
